About Nychole
Honest about the house. All in for the people in it.
I'm Nychole — a wife, a mom, and a North Texan by choice. I came to real estate from photography, where I fell for the families more than the houses. I've never been able to treat a home like just another sale. I'll show you what to love, point out what worries me, and stay in it with you the whole way.

How I got here
A photographer who couldn't stay out of the way.
I started out as a stay-at-home mom. My own mom nudged me toward real-estate photography, and the first time I walked into someone's home to help it sell, I was hooked. I realized I could help families more with a license than a camera — and because we're a military family, it was a career I could carry with us anywhere the Army sent us.
Being a military wife, I didn't have much of a network of my own. Good open houses were hard to find, so I started a small group to find them and meet other agents. That little group grew into a 22,000-member real-estate community — built from nothing. It taught me how many people pour everything into this work, and it gave me a community of my own a long way from my hometown.
When my husband was medically retired from the Army, for the first time we got to choose where to plant roots. We chose North Texas — my grandparents' country, my great-grandmother's home, real freedom and real benefits for veterans. So when I help a family make the move to North Texas or a veteran use their VA benefit, I'm not guessing. I've lived it.
The day I said don't buy it
I'll tell you to walk away — even when it costs me.
A couple I was working with had already lost one home and were worn out. Then we found a cute place they loved — but the foundation was failing. The engineer told me the crawl space was essentially quicksand; he wouldn't go under it, and it could be months before anyone knew the truth. So I told them plainly: don't buy this house.
"Are we ever going to find anything?" the husband asked. I told him yes — I didn't know where their home was, but God did, and we'd find it. Months later, we did. That's the job to me: the truth about the house, every time, even when it's the harder thing to say.

The part clients remember.
-
I read a house the way the inspector will
I sit through the inspections — I have for years — and I'm flagging problems from the first walk-through, before anyone signs anything. I've crawled a crawl space and climbed into an attic to chase down a noise. You'll know what I know.
-
You'll always hear back
The number one thing clients tell me they pick me for is communication. No sign in the yard and silence. I'm in this every day, and I'll teach you what I'm seeing as we go, so you're never guessing where things stand.
-
I show up past the contract
I've helped clients clean, paint, move, and replant a lawn before a listing went live. I once kept a deal on track from a hospital bed in early labor. If it helps your family get home, it's part of the job to me.
"If you want someone who knows her craft inside and out and will treat you like her only client, Nychole Baxter is your person. 10 out of 10 — without question."
Off the clock, you'll find us on the farm with our three kids and our church family — the people who show up with a meal train the second anyone needs one. My faith and my work aren't separate things. The way I want to treat your home and your time is the same way I try to live: show up, tell the truth, and do right by people whether or not there's a commission in it.
